When will my order ship?

Please refer to the top banner of the shop for current processing estimates.

Average time is 3 business days, but can take around 5 if there is an influx of orders.

How do I contact customer service?

Option 1:

Please visit the contact page and submit an inquiry form. The inquiry form will automatically open a support ticket. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.


Option 2:

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right of the site. If chat is unavailable, you can submit your question or comment in the chat box. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Are there exceptions?

At Cryptoria, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience by offering quality products at affordable prices. However, we'd like to inform you that we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or approve exchanges for products after they ship.


Here are a few reasons behind our policy:

Pricing: By not accepting returns or providing refunds, we can keep our prices competitive and ensure that our customers continue to receive affordable products. This allows us to focus on providing you with excellent value.


Product Integrity: We prioritize maintaining the integrity of our products. By not accepting returns, we can guarantee that our merchandise is brand new and hasn't been used or tampered with.


Hygiene and Safety: By not accepting returns, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers.


Efficiency and Cost Savings: Implementing a "no returns or refunds" policy streamlines our operations, allowing us to dedicate our resources to offering you the best selection of products and reliable customer service. This also enables us to keep our prices affordable by reducing administrative costs associated with returns and refunds.


Although we understand that some circumstances may warrant returns or refunds, our policy is designed to benefit all customers by maintaining affordable prices and ensuring product integrity.


We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and other relevant information before making a purchase to ensure that it meets your needs and expectations. If you have any questions about a specific product, we will be happy to assist you.


Exception::If your order is damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us with a description of the damage(s) along with photos of the packaging and products. We will submit the information for USPS insurance claims. When USPS reimburses Cryptoria, we will refund that amount to you or issue store credit, if you wish. Lost packages, confirmed by USPS tracking, are also eligible for refund/store credit under USPS insurance claims.

Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

If you need to change (add/remove/swap items) or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to or cancel your order.


Please note – if your package is returned to Cryptoria, all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund you are due. The products will then be disposed of. A 25% package return fee will apply if the shipment is returned by USPS for non-pickup (please make sure you enter correct the ship to address). Returned packages are a loss for Ce

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and various digital wallet options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Enterprise-Class encryption.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we do not currently ship outside of the USA. Due to the current tariffs, we have no plans to ship internationally.
